Background

Calliope Co.
offers training and consultation services tailored for business and professional environments. Our trainings establish a professional baseline for inclusive language, helping your organization build stronger, more dynamic teams through safer, more respectful environments. We design engaging, informative sessions to help organizations cultivate inclusive workplaces where every team member feels respected and affirmed.

Understanding and using gender pronouns correctly is a fundamental part of effective communication and a healthy workplace culture. When companies invest in inclusive trainings, such as our pronoun training, they demonstrate a clear commitment to diversity, equity, and belonging, while also strengthening team cohesion, psychological safety, and employee retention.

Whether you're part of an HR department, leadership team, creative agency, corporate group, or any other organization, Calliope Co. equips professionals with practical tools to support inclusive communication and workplace culture, rooted in your team’s values and goals.

Jolie’s approach to therapy is rooted in a person-centered, psychoanalytically-informed lens. She prioritizes the client’s needs and agency, recognizing the complex intersections of our different histories, and how these inform our experience in the present. Jolie believes that therapy can act as a container for our uncomfortable thoughts and feelings to bring relief and empowerment into our lives. The creation of a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space attuned to each client's unique emotional exploration is the driving force of growth and change in Jolie's therapeutic orientation.

Jolie is committed to an anti-racist, fully inclusive and affirmative perspective to psychotherapy and approaches her work with clients with care, sensitivity and respect for their unique, diverse identities.
